Returns and Shipping Velocity Source LLC has created procedures and policies that must be strictly followed for an order to be returned, canceled, or exchanged. All returned, canceled, and exchanged items must be approved by Velocity Source. Approved returns must be shipped back with an RMA number provided by VS. All items returned without a Return Merchant Authorization number will be refused. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and all returns are for store credit only. Items damaged by shipping must be reported within (3) business days of receiving the order. Below you will find the steps you must follow for replacement of a damaged product due to shipping carrier. Damaged Package Claims Instructions:
1. Take pictures of damaged packaging before unpacking box (very important). If you can tell product is damaged without opening the manufactures packaging do not open it. 2. Once pictures have been taken send to info@velocitsource.com and list the order number as well as a description of what was damaged. 3. Velocity Source will make a claim with the carrier for inspection. Product can be inspected at your location. 4. Once the claim has been authorized and inspection is complete a new shipment of the product will be sent. Incorrectly shipped items do not often occur, but if the manufactures original packaging is opened the customer will not be able to return the item. Unopened items incorrectly shipped and reported within (3) days of receiving the incorrect order will be issued an RMA and the correct items/order will be shipped at our expense.
Cancelation of orders before shipment is permitted but need to be approved by Velocity Source. All cancelations are subject to a 15% processing fee; once an item has been shipped it cannot be canceled. |
